Last Wt session before 2week vacation....
Went to the gym for my last workout before my trip tomorrow. It was wt day, so I decided to do a bit of a circuit routine. It went as follows:
5min TM
3X
3X
3X [12 sng arm BO row (15/20/25)/20incl crunches/12incline db press (10lbs)
SL DLs 12X45(bar)/12X65/12X85
Wide lat pull downs 12X50/12X60/12X70 (need to up the wt)
SS 3X
Abs: 2X 20 leg lifts/V crunches
About 10 min of really good stretching so I'm not sore when I'm stuck in the car for 2 days.
I could get in a quick cardio tomorrow morning before the trip, but I think I'm better off not to, so I won't--I think.
I'm very excited about going away! I will be pretty active and may even do some workouts. I'll check the boards and maybe put in a log entry if I can find a wifi zone.
