Last week of 8 week challenge!
Today was a PT session-full body circuit. Basically 3 sets of 2 opposing muscle groups followed by 2min on bike. If I remember correctly it went something like this:
5min treadmill
leg press//leg ext
bike
leg curl//squats
bike
asst pull ups//push-ups//sit ups
bike
wide lat pull downs//incl ham chest press
bike
tris/bis
bike
revers bridging using stab ball
stretch to cool down
Pretty good workout...not one of my favorites but it was OK. I did get a good pump in the arms though. I'm definetely getting much stronger and starting next week I'm going to start tracking the weight I'm using, so I can see the progress.
I did do my 6km run on Sat...the weather was disgusting-cold and wet...but we did it!
I have my Pilates class this evening.
