Last night at the Y

I did what is called a "complex" it is 8 compound exercise. You do 6 reps for each one back to back in a giant set. Rest for 0ne minute then do it again. My goal was to do that 6 times I made it thru 4 times in 10 minutes. here is the list of the exercises I did:
Deadlifts
Bent Rows
Push Press
Front Squats
Power Cleans
SLDL
BAck Squat
Good Mornings
Each for 6 reps at 65lbs. My goal is to hit the 6 times for this then lower the resting time in between sets. After that I got one the eliptical trainer for 25 minutes, burned 390cals, went 2 miles.

Highlights: I did my cardio

Lowlights: I did my cardio
