ME leg and DL day
Squats 135x10 185x10 (why does the 135 set hurt so much?)
225x6 245x6 275x6 315x1 315x3 335x1
Deadlifts 225x10 275x3 315x3 335x3 355x3 365x2
SLDL 185x8 205x5
BB curls 70x10 80x10 90x8
Highlights:MAN I love pulling that weight! IT is by far my most fav exercise and day.
Lowlights: The squats were ok 315x1 sucked I stopped got my belt on then ripped off the set of 3 I wanted. My paln was to do as many sets of 6 that I could(which I did) the do 1-3 sets of 3 then some singles. Well by the 315 I was getting tired. BUT after I put the belt on I got new fire. managed the 315x3 then hit one single. I wanted more but also was running out of time and wanted to hit the deads as well. I also had planned to hit bis as well. My thought was to superset SLDL with BB curls, then the same thing but with leg ext(light ones) with DB curls. NOPE lower back fried I was done it was 920pm time to leave.
