Highlights: I went in with the intent to hit 315 on bench. I hit 275 mostly LOL it felt good. I had to wait about 10 mins for a spot I think that is why I had problems close to the chest. I also had a 1 rep increase in the shrugs at 605 I hit 4 last time I did it.
Lowlights: Got dizzy at the end of the workout and ran out of time so I did not get as much Tricep work as I wanted. Still they hurt this morning.
