Kind of a half @ss workout today......
Did a full body routine. Wasn't very organized when I went, this is what I ended up doing:
4min on treadmill
BB Squats: 15X45(bar only)/12X95/8X115 --was geeting pretty wobbly on the last 2
lying leg curls: 12X30/12X40/12x50
asst pullups: 12X90/12X80/8X70 (65/75/85lb)--last 2 reps a struggle
HS incline chest press: not sure of starting weight so listing total added weights: 12X40/12X50/10X50 --last 2 reps tough...seeing a trend here!
seated cable rows: 12X50/12X60/12X70
SL DL's: 12X45(bar only)/12X65/12X85
Ab work: incline crunches and leg raises
Didn't really break a sweat today, did feel it in my arms, but just felt it was kind of a half ass workout.....at least I went-did think about going shopping instead ('tis the season).
Will be running tomorrow.
