Kay... I was gonna take today off...

...but the damned thread in the pros forum made me get up off my a$$ and do something... although I didn't do as much as I had planned, I still got something done. The reason for the planned laziness was becaue I only had about three hours of sleep last night... but, because of the Excuses Thread, I felt as though that was a pretty crappy excuse.

Warm-up: Five minutes on the mini-trampoline

Deadlifts: 120lbsx10/150lbsx10/190lbsx8/240lbsx4... now, last time I did these, my last set was 240lbsx5... I was aiming for six, but I just couldn't get the fifth one done in my head, so I left it on the floor. Plus, my hands were sweaty and slippery (only because I said to myself 'I can do this if my hands don't get sweaty,' then bam, they got sweaty) and I was losing my form. My upper back was rounding.

T-Bar Rows: 75lbsx10/85lbsx10/95lbsx8/110lbsx8
Sissy Squats: 0lbsx10/10lbsx10/10lbsx10/10lbsx10
Ball Rolls: 3x15
Twisting Crunches: 3x15 (each side)
Stomach Vacuums: 4x30 seconds

I am beat... I'll sleep like a baby tonight and after I did the deadlifts, I thought my heart was gonna pound out of my chest. Felt good though!
