Just Fencing class today

I have lunch plans with a friend today...going for Korean food, so not workout at lunch today. I have my fencing class tonight, so that'll be enough of a workout for today! Going out for lunch is always challenging when I'm trying to diet, but I've eaten there before and can choose mainly veggie/fish dishes...just have to watch the quantity and lay off the white rice. To be honest, although lunch will be fun, it's such a gorgeous day today, I'd rather go for a run.

Nutrition:
vit/fish oil/calcium supp
M1: FF CC/rasberries and a sprinkling of Kashi crunch cereal.
M2: oatmeal,prot supp
M3: korean restaraunt(veggie/fish dish)
M4: if hungry, oatmeal, but will prob be full from lunch
M5: Going to try and make mango/cucumber salsa and have with shrimp...if I have time. If not, not sure what I'll have.
M6: FF yogurt/rasberries (need to buy more frozen mixed berries, but the rasberries are pretty good too)
