I've been a good girl!

I sooo wanted to bail on my running partner on Saturday, but I didn't and we had a great run! At least I managed 2 cardio workouts last week!

Today, Monday, I did a wt session. Was short on time so it only took 45min.

5min on TD
3X15 pushups
3X walking lunges no wt/15lbs/15lb+dbl lunges
15 squats no wt
2X12 Smith squats 95lbs/145lbs
Ast narrow pullups 12X90/10/80/6X70(to failure)
seated row: 12X60/12X70/10X80
tri kickbacks 12X10/12X15/10X15

Lots of stretching to cool down.

I'm going to try and get in a cardio tomorrow and 1 more wt session on Wed, then that's it for 2weeks while I'm in Florida (unless I sneak to the gym) I will be walking, blading and golfing, so I won't be a complete loaf.
