It's gorgeous outside, so it's running for cardio today ( :

It was warm enough to run in a tank top and shorts today...woohoo, summer's coming!! Did my usual 5km but put a little more speed into it today. I need to get a watch and start timing my runs, but I think it's still taking me about 26 min to run 5km. When I got back to my office gym I did some stretching to cool down and then a bit of ab work--my abs are really starting to lean out--yippy!!

Nutrition:
--few strawberries and a couple chunks of chicken(was rushed this morning and just munched while pulling my lunch together)
--oatmeal/prot supp/strawberries
-chicken souvlaki on ww tortilla with homeade taziki (yogurt,garlic,cucumber,chopped parsely)-I bought the souvlaki from costco and just bbq'd it all up last night to have it ready in the fridge for meals this week. It was delicious and a nice change.

--not sure what to have for dinner, but it'll probably be more souvlaki

that's it for today....my arms are a wee bit sore from yesterdays workout (:
