Inner thighs killing me...but still did wt workout
I almost didn't go, but in the end decided I may as well. My inner thighs are very sore from doing leg presses with a sumo leg position on Wed. Today I did a full body workout and it went as follows:
5min on TM
Smith Squats 20*25(bar only)/12*75/12*95/10*115
Asst pull ups: 20*90/12*100/10*110 (65/75/85lbs)
calf raises: 15*80/15*80
hammer bench press: 12*36/12*45/12*46
leg ext: 12*40/12*45/12*50
seated row: 12*50/12*60/12*70
incline crunches and twist crunches
Stretch to cool down
Kind of a light workout and rather inconsistant today because of my soreness and because it's Friday....at least I got to the gym! My running buddy has bailed again this weekend, so I'll have to try my best to get out on my own on Sat or Sunday.
