I'm back.....Wed. full body wts
Well, skiing was kind of a bust since it poured rain. Got about 3hrs in the first night and that was it. So instead of skiing we ate and drank and shopped...not much exercise, but it was a nice break from work!
Today I went to the gym and did a full body workout. I'm tired from 3 days of over indulgence, but I managed a half decent workout.

Assisted pullups 12X100/12X90/12X80/12X80 (60/70/80/80)
HS bench 12X36/12X46/12X46/10X46
seated cbl row 12X50/12X60/12X70/12X70
Smith squats 12X105/12X125/12X145
SS SL dl's//lunges Dl's 12X45(bar)/12X65/12X65 lunges were done with one leg elevated 12 lunges/leg
Stretch to cool down
Included some golf specific stretch/drills to try and improve my follow thru...or lack there of! Golf instructor thinks I should be able to consistantly break 100 this year, so got to get to work on it. 1 lesson down, 4 to go...Hopefully I can get out on the course by mid April!
