I'm Back !! Monday Chest/back

Well after 4 days of virtually no exercise along with excessive eating and drinking I think I've gained 'bout 10lbs! And it was worth every indulgence!!

Back to healthy eating and to the gym. Today I did back and chest work...

5min on TM

Assisted Pull ups 12*100/12*90/10*80/8*70 (55/65/75/85)
HS chest press: 12*36/12*36/10*46/10*46
seated row: 12*50/12*60/10*70/10*80
incline row??: 12*25/12*35/10*45/10*50
incline chest press: 12*30/12*35/10*40/10*40
