I'm back and ready for 2006!!
Can't believe how far I've fallen on the log list...nice to see lot's of new "faces" though. I'm going to have to spend the next 2 weeks undoing the damage of my previous 2 weeks, but that's O.K. I'm pumped for it. I did no true workouts for 2 full weeks and I think it was probably good for me to take a break. I still went canoing one day and did tons of walking, so it wasn't all bad. My eating and drinking however was All Bad!!
I wasn't planning on getting back to my workouts until tomorrow, but being back on the boards has motivated me and I think I'll pop over to the gym this afternoon and do some cardio.
Feels good to be back. I have some lofty wt and workout goals for 2006, so I better get started!
