I have no idea what happened today

Week Eight - Day Three - Heavy Day

Start: 8:02am
Finish: 8:53am

Warm Up: three minutes on the treadmill

Seated Shoulder Press: 45/60/70/80/120x5
Seated Cable Rows: 60/90/120/140/160x5
Smith Squats: 60/95/130/170/210x5
Hamstring Ball Curls: 3x10
Weighted Crunches: 3x10x45lbs

Thoughts: My wrist is better today. I have full mobility, but a little pain. Because of that I switched to machines instead of the barbell. I was able to keep my wrist fairly steady without any problems and because it was machines and I was seated, I was able to lift more with the Shoulder Press. Did the Cable Rows instead of the BO BB Rows today and the Ham Curls instead of BB SLDLs. The squats seemed almost stupid easy, give the fact I have serious DOMS from Wednesday nights football game. Go figure. And because of the DOMS I warmed up with the treadmill instead of ab work. I'm pleased.
