...like I wanna barf... man, what a leg work out.. at least for me!
Sissy Squats: 12x0/12x5/10x10/8x10
Leg Extensions: 12x20/12x25/10x25/8x30
BB SL Deadlifts: 12x100/12x120/11x140/10x165
Single Leg Calf Raises: 15x20/15x40/15x60/15x60
I threw in the leg extensions... I'm thinking I should have done those after the deadlifts... quite shaky through the DL's, but I did add more weight and an extra rep... I think I'll feel it tomorrow!
