Home from the gym

So I've just got back from the gym didn't even stay an hour! Was the only one there and did 40 mins, 20 on the treadmill at an incline if 2.0 and speed of 7.0 then went to 40 sit-ups and 40 squats, then 30 lunges per leg, fair to say I had jelly legs I them decided to walk home 2.0 miles but it's just 2 long roads making it seem for ever and with jelly legs it wasn't the most pleasant walk I've ever had, not feeling fully satisfied with my work out but it's better then not going at all! Need to get myself Decent workout routine to try and lose weight for my 18th (Friday 13th June) I just want a slim/toned tummy and thinner thighs and a peachy bum!!

    That's still a good workout! Don't stop though. Just keep going even if you end up spending 20 minutes there. Better than nothing. :D
