Chins 2 sets 7 reps nice easy warm up.
Deadlifts 225x8
315x6 365x5 405x2 425x1 missed 425x1 got it 455x1 nailed it new PR!

Lat pull downs 105x10 120x10 135x8 150x8 165x8 185x6 210x4
Iso-lateral row machine-I will state the total weight on both sides 90x10 180x10 230x10

cardio 20 mins (1 mile in 11:35)

Highlights: Hit a new PR in deadlifts 455x1. I did the 225 set very fast and explosive. It was funny the 455 felt lighter than the 225 one.

Lowlights: Now for the tie in to the quote. On the 365 set of deads inbetween rep 4 and rep 5 I um well shit my pants. I had to stop and walk to the bathroom to take a crap. LOl that was funny I think.
