Well the reason I have not posted a workout in a week or so is that I went to VA last week. Came back this past sunday. I woke up on the 31st of Oct with my left ankle swollen. It is just getting back to normal. I sprained/pulled it in the achilles tendon area. I did a lot of walking last week and I think it just got overused. I am going today to get a 300lb olympic weight set complete with barbell for my birthday!
