HIIT

Cardio today... HIIT.. here's how it broke down:

Three minute warm up...
Intervals were 30 second high, 60 seconds low... (why do the 60 seconds seem to go by faster than the 30?)
Two and a half minute cool down...
HR: 85%

Total: 17 minutes...

Tomorrow is leg day, bring it on!
