changed up routie
lifting 3 days & cardio 3 days
I have been sick this week so taking it slow
had work hours changed on me too.  I get to arrive an hour earlier & get a 30 minute lunch so I'm getting an extra 2.5 hours more a week which is good - I was up anyways & usually playing on the computer
