Great chest workout today!

Chest...was pretty strong today for some reason, with reduced calories and all. Felt great, back to cycle 1 with the workouts.

Chest

Incline dumbbell benches supersetted with light incline dumbbell benches
(warmup)....30x12,30x10,45x6,60x5
Sets...75x7,80x5,80x4/35x10,40x10,40x8

Decline barbell
(warmup)....185x5
Sets...230x3,230x3,,230x2

Flat dumbbell benches
(warmup)....70x6
Sets...85x6,95x4,(isometric contraction on each last rep or each set, with partials to failure)

Seated chest press
Sets....240x6,250x4,(hold isometric contraction on each last rep of each set)

Dumbbell pullovers
Sets....85x10,85x8,90x5


Obliques
2 sets of torso rotations, 115x10

    Did 20 minutes on the treadmill at 12 last night before my last meal(eggwhite omlette).....148 calories

    For anyone interested, this is my current diet, exactly a 200 calorie drop. Started this last Thursday. Meal 1....1/2 cup oats, 5 eggwhites, 1 sc. protein drink Train PWO drink(varies the amount depending on the bodyparts worked),Creatine, glutamine, Vit. C, Vit. E, B-complex Meal 2....6 oz. chicken, 1/2 cup mixed beans or black beans, 1 cup veggies Meal 3....8 oz. chicken, 1 cup veggies, 2 cups salad w/cider vinegar for dressing Meal 4....1 sc. protein blend, 1/2 cup eggwhite powder, 1 tbsp. flax oil Meal 5...before bed....6 eggwhite omlette(loaded with veggies and topped with lots of homemade salsa) 4 dessicated liver with each meal except the last. ****note, usually do some light cardio about 8 in the evening, in between meal 3 and 4.
