Got my 50 bootstrappers, dammit!

Okay - back to work!
Warmed up 3 minutes on elliptical.

Decoded to do front squats, at least attempt them. Still can't get comfortable with the bar position.

Front squats 50lbs/15reps, 50/20, 50/17 (wrist discomfort)

Regular squats superset with bootstrappers

100lbs/15 25 bootstrappers

150/8 40 bootstrappers

150/6 50 bootstrappers!!!!!

SLDL w/db's 40's/15, 40's/12, 40's/12 9didn't have much strength left by this point)

Did some step aerobic stuff with my client right after I worked out, drank my pwo shake... Ahhh. Good to be back!
