Could not run today :( my knees are killing me, looks like i am going to have to invest in a new pair of shoes, my lovely fila's have served me well but they are now literally falling apart, this is quite depressing because i can't afford a new pair and i NEED TO RUN!!! I don't feel complete without my daily run.  I had to compromise with a double full body work out, it's just not the same though, so...... I'm feeling rather lost at the moment, i don't know what i can do to make up for it in the meantime.
