Good workout tonight

...played ball with the kids for about half an hour... I really gotta buy a bigger bat... right now they're just using a kids size bat.. which is okay for them, but for me, a bit of a challenge..

After ball... the weights:

DB Squats: 12x30/12x50/12x70/10x120
BB SL Deadlifts: 12x100/12x120/10x140/9x160

Reverse Calf Raises: 25/25/25/25

I upped the weight and reps on the Squats and the DL's... added more reps to the calf raises...

I feel I'm taking the adding weight pretty slow... I suspect I could lift more and match the reps, but don't want to chance injury... Better safe than sorry!
