Good chest/back workout

Walked the dog this morning..knee achey today. maube a shoe issue, maybe a hormone issue..
Did Chest/back tonight!
Pull-ups - 8, 8, 7 (toes on bench)
superset with push-ups, shins on swiss ball 15, 15, 15
Incline DB presses 20lbs/15, 30/12, 40/10, 40/10
Rope pull-down, kneeling 50lbs/15, 60/12, 70/10, 75/8
flat bench DB press, feet on bench 30lbs/15, 40/12, 45/7
seated row, on bosu, triple pull (once to shoulder level, once to mid chest, once to under ribcage is one rep) 50/6, 50/6, 50/6 these sucked!!! But I feel them in my back!!
