Getting back to a routine......sort of.....
Well, I took yesterday as a rest day (except for my Pilates class) I am a wee bit sore following the Triathlon, but not too bad. I'm going to check out a Masters Swim program this evening, so that'll be my workout for today. Should be interesting and I know I'll get a good workout! Tomorrow I'll get back to the gym for some wt training....it's been a while. Here's what I'm thinking of doing for the next 8 weeks or so, but I'm sure I'll have to adjust things here and there...
monday....Run(work on form) + Pilates
Tuesday...Masters Swimming
Wed.......Wt train (full body compound moves)
Thurs......20km Cycle (work on fast cadence)
Friday....Wt train (full body + work on chin up)
Sat.......Run with running buddy (slower pace)
Sunday....REST.....Yay...maybe a yoga class here and there.
It'll take me a few weeks to work into a routine, but for now I'll just try to run, swim, bike 1X / week and wt train 2X/week.
