Full Body Wts

I did compound lifts today, everything but chest work due to a flare up of my shoulder tendonitis.

5min wu on treadmill
BB squats 12X45(bar only)/12X65 / 10X95 / 10X105
Reverse lunges on step 12/12/12 each side
asst pull ups 12X90/10X80/8X70 (65/75/85)
BO single arm rows 12X20/12X25/12X30
SL dls 12X45(bar only) 12X65 / 12X75
wide lat pull downs 12X50/12X60/10X70

Stretch to cool down. Gym seems to be getting quiet...I'll enjoy it while it last, cause it won't be quiet come Jan!
