..Full body Circuit with PT
Last session with Nick my PT. I've had 1/wk for the past 4 weeks. We went thru the circuit again and he couldn't me get thru all 4 series in 1 hr either, so I don't feel bad for only getting thru 2 on my own! He was impressed with my improvement in form as well as some of the weight I was lifting, so that made me feel pretty good.
So here goes...todays workout, similar to last circuit workout...
Series 1
15-20 reps 3X each in circuit:
--Bench press 20lbs (had to use chest press machine-prefer the hammer press)
--front raises 10lbs
--leg raises
--seated row 40/50/50
--squats (no weight)
Series 2
15-20 reps
--incline chest press 10/10/10 (machine again..prefer db, easier on shoulder!)
--Lat pull down-wide 40/50/60
--side raises 1X10lb with bent arm, 2X5lb strt arm (have to be careful of tend. in shoulder-but I think I can increase to 8lb then to 10lb with strt arms)
--incline crunches 30
--lunges -sngl leg 15each
Next week I'll try series 4 and 5 and see how that goes..just to change things up a bit.
Overall a good workout I enjoyed the variety!
