Friday....Wts today...also new diet strategy...

I am trying a new diet strategy today...and hopefully will continue with it. I'm trying to consume 1800cal/day with 225gP/90gC/60gF which is basically a 50/30/20 ratio. So yesterday I spent some time planning what I'd need to eat...OMG that's alot of food!! I probably average this many calories if you add in all the little "extras" I consume...like beer, cookies, chocolates etc, but when you figure out in just whole foods, it's alot!!

So todays diet is consisting of the following:
400ml of egg subsitute (that's alot of eggs!)
small orange
spicy thai tuna in a small ww wrap (morning snack)
protien supp after workout (low carb/23g protien)
Salad with chicken/feta/olives + fat free dressing (bought at grocery store)
green apple
almonds (24=200cal 17F/7P/7C)
tuna in pouch (85g) with ff dressing
Teryaki chicken with veggies

I don't think I'll be hungery at all today. I have to admit, I felt alot better when I was working out.

My workout went as follows:
4min on treadmill-lite jog
Smith Squats: 12X75/12X125/10X145
3Sets Wallking Lunges: Did "fencing lunges" lots of strange looks from people as I lunged with my imaginary foil!
lying ham curls: 12x50/10X60/8X60 these were tough
wide lat pull down: 12X50/60/70
HS upright incline chest press: 10 -had to stop because it was hurting my shoulder so moved to HS bench press
HS bench press: 12X36/36
seated cable row: 12X50/60/70
Abs chair: 12 crunch/leg lifts
abs incline bench: 20 V crunches/15 crunch/15obliq crunch each side
ab bridge 60s
Lots of stretching to cool down. Drank my premade protien shake when I got to the car.

Tomorrow I'm going for a 2hr coaching session in the pool. Should be fun!

Feeling very good today(:
