Friday.....Wts today
Am extremely tired today, but decided to go to the gym anyway. Did not sleep well last night and I've been in "a mood" all week.
Just did "whatever" at the gym, but I guess I focussed on chest and tri's with a bit of abs thrown in.
5min warmup on treadmill
pushups: 12wide/12narrow/10wide
HS chest press: 12/12/10/10 no weight added so 36lbs
DB incline ch.press: 12*8/12*8/10*10/10*10
Tri's kick backs: 12*10/12*10/10*12/10*15
supersetted obliques and back extentions on back extention thingy (3X L-obl/R-obl/back): 20/15/12
30 full situps, very slow 10reg/10-leg raised/10-leg raised
Did feel slightly better when done, but still extremely tired. I've got a T-off at 4:30 this afternoon--if I'm still awake!
