5 min warmup on TM
walking sngl leg lunges: 12*0, 12*10, 12*15, 10*20
smith squats: 15*35, 12*65, 10*115, 8*115
leg extentions: 12*50, 12*60, 10*70, 10*80
leg curls: 12*50, 12*60, 10*65, 10*70
calf raises: 15*60, 12*80, 10*100, 10*120
decline crunches, twist crunches 10*20, 10*20 in rotation
decline leg raises: 10,10
leg tucks
