Friday....wt day and some golf....only 2 weeks to Tobago!!

Went to the gym for an early morning workout. Almost didn't go, but managed to drag my sorry ass out of bed! Can't say i had a very tough workout, but at least I went.

5 min on treadmill (run then high incline)

3X10 pushups (wrist hurt)
flat bb bench: 10X45/10X55/10X55/8X55 (again wrist hurting)
BB squats: 12X45/10X95/10X115
flat bench pec flyes: 3 sets 10, 15lbs
seated row: 10X70/10X80/8X90
back extentions: 10/10 twist to left/10 twist to R.
Ab leg lifts

Stretch to cool down.

I've done something seriously wrong to my wrist. I think it is from doing pushups and the ball pikes, which both put my wrists into an awkward position. I'll have my P. therapist check it out next week if it's still bothering me.

I'm golfing this evening and will be running tomorrow morning. Sunday will be a rest day, but may go for a rollerblade.
