Calf raises 15X 60/80/100/120
hamstring exercise using stab. ball 3X 15
Pushups 12X wide, 10X narrow, 10Xwide
stretched
Good workout. I am definately getting stronger, doing the bench presses is helping my pushups!
playing 18 holes of golf(unless it gets dark before we finish) Beautiful day here!!
