...Friday...Week 1 day 3 FT program..abs-legs-calves(sort of)
Well it was supposed to be the FT program, but I forgot the workout so decided to do mainly legs. It went as follows"
5min warmup on treadmill
Smith Squats: 20*35, 12*65, 10*115, 10*135
Walking lunges: 12*10, 12*15, 10*20, 10*20 (single leg)
leg extentions: 12*50, 12*60, 10*70, 10*75
leg curls: 12*50, 12*60, 10*65, 10*70
SL DL's: 15*45, 12*65, 10*85, 10*95
back extentions: 12/12/12*10lb
didn't get any abs or calves in, but I did abs in Pilates last night and my claves get a good workout when I run!
stretching to cool down
Good workout....not having a very good day though and it looks like it may be a stressfull weekend. Don't know if I'll get my run in or not. Maybe I'll try the gym and the ellip on sunday if I can.
