...Friday...Supposed to be med weight workout...but....
Got to the gym today and didn't feel like doing my regular routine, so I decided to do something different. Here's my workout for today....
5min warmup on treadmill
Back: Gravitron / close grip pull up...15X110/15X100/12X90
........this wieght should amount to ~ 45lb/55lb/65lbs
Calves: Standing raises...15X 60/80/100lbs
Bicepts: 21's using 10lb wieghts (felt these puppies!!)
Tricepts: Kick backs 15X 10lb/10lb/10lbs
SL/DL's: 15X45lb / 12X65lb / 8X85lb
My arms are still shaking a bit ....
Felt good!! May have to throw this routine into the mix every so often....we'll see after DOMS sets in (o:
