Friday/Sat/Sunday: Wts/Run/Rest
Had to work thru lunch today, so am going to the gym after work....again...hate going after 5! Will try a circuit routine depending on how busy it is.
My running buddy bailed this weekend, so I'll go for a 6km run on my own tomorrow morning.
Diet went very well this week. Clothes are getting loose! Should be easier to be "good" this weekend with no "party plans". Lots of yard work to do and then golf sunday. Looks like it is going to be another gorgeous weekend...
