Friday.....really tired, thinking about skipping the workout.....
I am beat today and am seriously considering going out for lunch instead of working out. I'm even a bit stiff. My calves are still sore from Tues. run and my neck and upper back from whatever-maybe fencing? I'll see how I feel mid morning and decide then if I'll workout. I know a workout will probably make me feel better even if I make it light....but at the moment I'm leaning the other way ):
