Friday...rainy, tired, didn't feel like working out....but....
I went to the gym anyway. I was just going to do a light wt routine, sort of go thru the motions. What I really needed to do is go for a run, since I won't be running tomorrow. I got to the gym and discovered I had my running shorts in my bag, so I figued I'd give it a go.
I feel 100% better!! I think i really do have a workout addiction! We'll see how I feel at 3pm this afternoon....I may tank, but for now I'm running on endorphins.
Tomorrow I'm in a little golf tourny with my neighbors and we are gathering for drinks later in the day. I may try and get a long bike ride in, in between. Sunday I'll take as a rest day. I need to get some swimming in soon!
