Friday...lite wts today
Fencing last night was awesome. I was drenched in sweat and have 2 bruises from being hit--off target though (; They'l be looking lovely by tomorrow. People at my gym must think I'm a battered wife or something. Hell of a workout!!
Today I went to the gym for primarily an upper body workout. I decided to keep it relatively light today.
4 min on treadmill (incline @ 4mph)
3X12 pushups, last 2 sets with feet on step
HS flat bench press 12X36/12X46/10X46
pec dec flies 12X35/40/45-i haven't done these in a while because I'm paranoid of hurting my shoulder, but it was OK.
sngl arm B/O rows with dbls 12X20/25/30lbs
wide lat pull downs 12X50/60/70
cable tricept push downs 3 sets12X(actually I forget the wt..maybe 35/40/45)
Followed with some ab work, obliques on back ext thingy, incline obl crunches and strt crunches. incline V crunches and leg lifts. meant to finish with an ab bridge, but forgot.
Nutrition:
eggs/tortilla/salsa
pear/tuna
salad/thai tuna/tortilla/red pepper
oatmeal/protien
Not sure about dinner. maybe a salad at a restaraunt plus 2 beer--it is Friday night after all!
Other activity:
Golf lesson this evening.
Run tomorrow
5km walk for MS on Sunday and hopefully a hot yoga class
