Friday...early morning wt training

I'm giving a blood platelet donation today, so decided to go to the gym before work to get in a full body workout (not supposed to workout after the donation). I was a tad tired, probably due to my 1 beer that somehow turned into 3 beer last night (I have no willpower!) My adrenaline was up after fencing last night, so I figured, hey, let's go for a beer...oops...The fencing was great, although my hubby slaughtered me during our bout...I'll get him next time!!

Todays workout went as follows:
Run to and from car to retrieve forgotten iPod and water bottle, then 3min warmup on treadmill

4 sets BB squats 15X45lb(bar)/12X95lb/12X115lb/8X145lb
3X leg curls: 12X50/12X60/12X65
Leg ext: 3 sets of 12X double leg/single leg 50lbs finished each set with 5 double
asst pullups: 3 sets 12X100lb (~60lbs lift) kept this relatively light for shoulder.
HS bench: 3 sets 12X 36lb
seated row: 12X50/60/70lb
wide lat PD: 12X50/60/8X70
2 sets of 12 back extentions
ab bridge

lots of stretching to cool down

It felt good to do a full body routine again, although I was pretty tired. My shoulder is still weak and I'm a bit paranoid that I will do it more damage. I just have to remind myself to take it easy on it.

Won't be running tomorrow, but going downhill skiing instead. May go for a run on Sunday and might do the hot yoga again.
