Friday...Circuit routine
Well today I tried my own circuit routine and I quite enjoyed it. I certainly worked up a sweat!! I basically supersetted 2 exercises doing 3 sets each ~10-15 reps followed by 2 min cardio. It went as follows:
5min on treadmill
walking lunges/squats 3X15
2min on ellip L14
asst. pullups/pec fly dec 3X12
2 min on stepper
leg ext.with lift/leg curls 3*12
2 min on stepper
Hammer chest press/seated rows 3*12
2min on ellip
incline crunches
capt. chair leg lifts/crunches
stretch to cool down.
I liked this routine because I could use 2 peices of equip close together which made it easier to "hold onto" the piece I wasn't using. I'm pretty warn out, but it felt great!
I'll be running tomorrow morning and Sunday will be a rest day unless I can get in some golf. I have company all weekend, but I'm going to remain on my diet and no alcohol!!
