...Friday....back/tri's/abs
Well, yesterday evening I was supposed to have Pilates, but it was such a nice evening we went roller blading around Hamilton Bay instead. What a great trail!! We skated about 10km.
Today was Back, tricepts and abs:
5min warmup on treadmill
asst pull ups: 15*100, 12*90, 10*80, 8*70 (55,65,75,85)
wide lat pull downs: 15*50, 12*60, 10*70, 8*80
seated cable row: 15*40, 12*50, 10*60, 8*70
tricept kickbacks: 15*10, 12*12, 10*15
hanging crunches, twists, leg lift: 3 sets of 10 in rotation (boy do these ever get my heart rate up!!!)
obliques on back extention thingy: 2 sets of 20 each side
supermans for lower back.
Rotator Cuff cable (rehab for shoulder tendonitis): 15*5, 10*10
All in all a good workout.
Saturday a.m. I do a 6km run with my running buddy. Sunday rest, except for the 2yds of soil and mulch I have to haul into my garden! Plan to spend Sun. afternoon by the pool with beer in hand (:
