Friday....another rest day...
My work is taking me to lunch today to celebrate my 20years with the company (how the hell did that happen?) So no workout today. Hubby wants to go to the gym tomorrow so I'll get my workout in then and I'm running on Sunday. So even though it was challenging this week to get in my workouts, I managed 3 wt sessions and 2 runs, which is pretty typical. Diet was off track due to various luncheons, but that's OK.
I'm looking forward to the weekend--lot's of yard work to do, but it'll be nice to get outside. I may even get in a round of golf later on Saturday.
