Upright rows db's 12X24, 15X24 superset with
lunges db's 12X24, 15X16
Military press db's 15X24, 20X21 superset with
leg extensions 30X24, 30X24
Lat Pulldown 60X24, 60X24 superset with
seated leg curls 32.5X24, 32.5X24
Back extension 3x20, 3x20 superset with
seated calf raises 50X24, 50X24
Bench press db's 25X24, 30X20 superset with
Incline biceps curls 10X24, 12X24
Triceps pressdowns 15X24, 15X24 superset with
wrist curls 12X24, 12X24 and
reverse wrist curls 8X24, 8X24
Strecthed out, feel good, suprisingly good workout considered yesterday's foul nutrition....
