Chest and back tonight - really was rebelling and didn't want to work out, gave myself a stern talking to and did it anyhow.
Warm-up 3 minutes on elliptical and 2 sets of 15 reps on bench with Dbs
DB bench press
45lbsX12, 50X8, 50X8 (all by myself!!!)
Lat pull down
100X10, 100X10, 100X9
Incline bench
105X10, 110X8, 110X8
One arm row
40X12, 45X10, 45X10
Decline cable crossovers (with bands)
2greens&1yellow band/12, 10, 10
Lat press downs with band
Odd red band (picked it up at a sale, not like my other bands...) X12, 12, 12
Done! I am so hyped about leaving tomorrow that i slammed my PWO shake, darnit, instead of drinking half and sipping half. Very uncomfortable now...
I have to get up at 5am and do shoulders :0
