For goodness sake!

Well i am finally able to jog again, my knees are feeling pretty good,not running yet but it has really helped my motivation then yesterday i burn the bottom of my foot! Honestly........i swear i have the worst luck! I bought some 3kg hand weights so i cut sick on those today, it's incredible what a difference they make to my workout, my diet could be better, i don't eat junk, but i need to cut back a  bit on how much i am eating. So Bettina watch what you eat for godsake!!!
