Focused on the negative today....

Normally I don't focus as much on the negative movement of an exercise... probably not as much as I should... today, I tried that...

Tris, bis and abs today

Tris:
Lying Tricep Extensions: 12x30/12x50/11x50/7x55
DB Kickbacks: 12x10/12x20/11x25/10x25

Bis"
EZ Bar Curls: 12x30/12x35/10x35/8x50
DB Hammer Curls: 12x10/12x10/7x15/8x15

Abs:
Ball Olique Crunches: 25/25/25

Finished off the sixth week now...
