Fitness Challenge

Well... here we go again... another fitness challenge for me... I dunno why I do this to myself!

They are using BMI instead of Body Fat... not sure why, but it has something to do with the proper distribution of points for the challengers.

Here's the stats:

The second set of numbers are from April 15th, 2005

Blood Pressure: 100/70 (110/68)
Resting HR: 84 (76)
Weight: 199lbs (192lbs)
BMI: 27.3079 (26.9360)
Waist (cm): 93 (88 - it was a good summer!)
Tricep (mm): 13.2 (9.9)
Bicep (mm): 7.2 (7)
Subscapular (mm): 19.6 (13.1)
Iliac Crest (mm): 21 (16.2)
Medial Calf (mm): 7.6 (7.2)

Body Comp Rating: 3.6 Excellent (4 Excellent)
Flexibility (cm): 31.5 (Good) (34 - Very Good)
Grip Strength (I'm assuming PSI): R-58 L-56 (both very good) (R-67 L-62 - time for more tick-tocks!)
Push Ups: 27 (Very Good) (30 - Excellent)
Ab Curls: 25 (in the time frame and speed set - Excellent) (25)

The midpoint comes up in November and the final day for this is December 14th.

Took a couple of pics last night... not so sure I'm comfy posting those full body shots yet! haha... but I see somethings I would love to work on... so, pitter-patter... let's get at 'er!
