I followed the whole body workout log and it went pretty well. I overlooked the second rep of most exercises. However, I worked through all the stretches and exercises on the log, so I'll call it a good start. I have never done lunges before, and they made my heart pound. Pushups were the hardest - I had to use my knees. And overhead extensions - I almost couldn't complete 1 rep. Maybe try lighter weights for the triceps until I complete them more smoothly. Wherever weights were called for, I used 8 lbs. I worked up a sweat in the second half and felt the blood flowing. I haven't exercised like that in a couple of years, and it felt great.
